RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items, starting from the date of delivery.
Most of our lighting products are handcrafted and made to order. We understand that purchasing a custom-made lighting fixture online is a significant decision, so we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and/or videos. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, replacement parts, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or damage during delivery.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible because custom orders may already have entered production.
